The Council of Europe has announced the launch of a call for tenders for the provision of international advisory services, with a view to strengthening the qualified resources of the Council of Europe's Division for the Rights of the Child with consultants who will support the implementation of cooperation projects and activities under its remit as well as that of the Council of Europe. Steering Committee on the Rights of the Child (CDENF) and Lanzarote Committee (Committee of the Parties to the Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse).

In this competition, consultants with particular experience and knowledge in the following key areas, identified in the Council of Europe Strategy for the Rights of the Child (2022-2027): release of all children from violence; equal opportunities and social inclusion for all children; access to and safe use of technology for all children; child-friendly justice for all children; giving voice to all children; and children’s rights in crisis and emergency situations.

Interested parties are invited to consult the opening announcement and the documents of the competition, as well as to carefully follow the indications for submission of the respective applications.

Only applications sent electronically to the Council of Europe will be accepted, exclusively to the e-mail address cdm@coe.int, in English, by 23:59 CET (i.e., 22:59 Lisbon time).
