CNPDPCJ awards Protective Seal to 38 entities
The National Commission for the Promotion of the Rights and Protection of Children and Youth has once again awarded the Protective Seal to those entities that stand out for their proactive methodologies in promoting children's rights.
The award of this certificate is already in its 7th edition and this time it took place in Seixal with the collaboration of the City Council and the local CPCJ. The ceremony took place on December 4 in the auditorium of the Chamber.
After raising the flag of the Seal was the opening session, with the mayor, the president of the National Commission and the president of the CPCJ of Seixal. This was followed by a debate, moderated by the Vice-President of the CNPDPCJ, in which students and teachers from the school groupings of Pinhal de Frades, Vale Milhaços, Nun’Alvares and Manuel Cargaleiro Secondary School took part.
The cultural moments were interpreted by the Clave project, from the Manuel Cargaleiro School and by young people from the Escolhas "Estás na Mira" project, from Associação Example de Amor.
The 38 entities from north to south of the country also took the stage, which this year were awarded the certificate and flag for the 2024/2026 biennium.
