The CNPDPCJ, in collaboration with the Council of Europe, produced the Portuguese version of the Guide for Children’s Participation in Decisions on their Health, as well as the summary with key messages of this Guide in child-friendly language, “Your Health, Your Voice!”.

The documents were originally prepared by a group of governmental and independent experts, which included members of the Steering Committee on Human Rights in the fields of Biomedicine and Health (CDBIO) and the Steering Committee on the Rights of the Child (CDENF), and aim to contribute to closing the room for improvement in the Council of Europe Member States as regards the involvement of children in decision-making on their health care.
