The CNPDPCJ’s National Council for Children and Youth (CNCJ) participated in the second Study Visit of the EU Platform for Child Participation, which took place from 16 to 18 in Berlin.

16 children and young people aged 12-17 from 11 European countries were brought together in an area of learning, sharing and active participation.

The focus of this initiative was to reflect on the role of children and young people in building mental health policies and practices, both in face-to-face and digital settings.

The CNCJ was represented by counselor David Correia, accompanied by Amélia Carneiro, from the CNPDPCJ Technical Team.

The participation of children and young people is essential to build fairer and more inclusive policies.
