The Ceremony of Delivery of the Protective Seal for the biennium 2020/2022 took place, on May 12, at the Center of Arts and Shows of Figueira da Foz.

Statements by Rosario Farmhouse, President of CNPDPCJ, at the ceremony:

“It was the county with more schools competing and with more awarded schools, which is why we chose Figueira da Foz as a great example to follow (...)”

In all, 23 entities with competence in the field of children and youth received this certification for promoting the rights of children and young people, meeting the 8 requirements set out in the Regulation of the Label.

The ceremony was attended by Rosario Farmhouse, president of the CNPDPCJ and Carlos Monteiro, mayor of Figueira da Foz, at the opening, and the councilwoman of the municipality's social action portfolio, Diana Rodrigues, at the closing.

The debate was attended by two students from the schools of Figueira da Foz, who received the certification, as well as the vice-president of the CNPDPCJ, Maria João Fernandes, the councillor of education of the municipality, Nuno Gonçalves, the president of the CPCJ of Figueira da Foz, Sandra Lopes, and a member of the jury of the Seal, representative of education in the National Council of the CNPDPCJ, José Carlos Matias.
