Ana Isabel Valente, President of the National Commission and national representative in the European Union Network on the Rights of the Child, participates in the 5th meeting of this Network, taking place in Brussels, yesterday and today.

Among the various issues discussed at the meeting is the European Union Strategy on the Rights of the Child, as well as practical aspects on the implementation of the European Commission Recommendation on developing and strengthening integrated child protection systems in the best interests of the child.
