The documents stem from the Bilateral Initiative “Promoting the Protection of the Rights of the Child in Priority Areas” funded by the EEA Grants’ Bilateral Relations Fund, which involved the National Commission for the Promotion of the Rights and Protection of Children and Youth as a promoter and the Oslo City Agency for the Welfare of Children and Families (Oslo Kommune Barne- og familieetaten) as a partner.
