Activity Reports, QUAR (Assessment and Accountability Framework), Activity Plans and Grants

The Annual Activity Report sets out the objectives achieved, the level of implementation of the programmes, and the resources used.

The Evaluation and Accountability Framework (QUAR) is a reference framework for assessing the performance of services (mission), their action purposes (strategic objectives), the targets to be achieved, performance indicators and their respective sources of verification, the available resources (human and financial), and the assessment of their implementation, as well as the summary identification of deviations and their respective causes identified at the end of the management cycle.

The Annual Activity Plan sets out the objectives to be achieved, the programmes to be implemented, and the resources to be used.
