33rd Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, 2022
Tertulia/Presentation with the authors of the “Care well for Me!” Collection
This year marks the 33rd anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the most ratified human rights treaty in the world.
To celebrate the date, on the 21st, the National Commission presented the collection of children’s books “Care for Me!”
At the National Library of Portugal, there was a literary meeting with the authors who joined the CNPDPCJ in this project: Maria Inês Almeida, Margarida Fonseca Santos, David Machado and João Pedro Mésseder, who were talking with children from the 1st cycle of the Coruchéus Basic School. Sandra Abafa and Catarina Correia Marques illustrators of two of the titles were also present.
